1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SRWBILL ERP billing software ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

SRWBILL provides cloud-based ERP billing software that includes:

• Account Groups management
• Product & Stock Management
• Complete GST Master and tax calculations
• Customer & Supplier Management
• Financial Reports (Purchase, Sale, Profit & Loss, Stock Reports)
• Voucher Management
• Year-wise Reports

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

3.1 Available Plans

• Monthly Plan: ₹150 per month with automatic monthly renewal
• Yearly Plan: ₹1,500 for the first year (one-time payment)

3.2 Renewal Pricing

• Monthly Plan: Continues at ₹150/month with auto-renewal
• Yearly Plan Renewal: ₹1,050 per year (30% discount applied automatically)

3.3 Payment Terms

All subscription fees are payable in advance. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

4. Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Auto-renewal ensures uninterrupted access to the Service.

• Monthly subscriptions renew monthly at ₹150
• Yearly subscriptions renew annually at ₹1,050 (30% discounted rate)
• You will be notified before each renewal
• You can disable auto-renewal from your account settings

5. User Accounts

5.1 Account Registration

To use SRWBILL, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5.2 Account Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Data and Content

6.1 Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you input into SRWBILL. We do not claim ownership of your business data, customer information, or any content you create using our Service.

6.2 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6.3 Data Backup

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of important data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SRWBILL only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Transmitting harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempting to reverse engineer the Service
• Using automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reselling or redistributing the Service without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by SRWBILL and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Create derivative works based on our Service
• Use our trademarks without permission

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions due to maintenance
• Third-party service failures
• Force majeure events
• Internet connectivity issues

10. Cancellation and Termination

10.1 Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial periods
• Your data will be available for download for 30 days
• After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted

10.2 Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Misuse the Service

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SRWBILL from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
